Returns Policy

fournirbelle stands behind every product it sells with a goal of 100% satisfaction. Occasionally there may be an issue with a product. We have designed our return policy to ensure that any problem is efficiently resolved:

Non-defective items

Inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you change your mind, find the item does not fit or are otherwise dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify Fournirbelle Customer Service within 30 days from receipt of the merchandise. You will be responsible for arranging return transportation for non-defective returns. The returned goods must be not be assembled and in the original packaging material or equivalent. Once the return is received and inspected we will issue a credit (return address below).

Damaged items

If your order(s) are damaged during transit or by the carrier, please refuse the shipment and notify Fournirbelle  or the carrier. If the shipping damage is discovered after the goods have been received, report all the damage to  Fournirbelle Customer Service within 5 business days of receiving the goods. Once the return is received and inspected we will issue a credit or replace the item, whichever you prefer.

Items shipped in error

When a return is requested due to Fournirbelle error, (errors include, but are not limited to, wrong item, wrong address, duplicate shipment, canceled order, etc.) return the item to the address below and, once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a credit for the returned item and shipping.

Return address

Return all product(s) to Fournirbelle in the original or equivalent packaging. For your protection, we recommend returns be sent back through a traceable shipping method.
